Definition of Service: A specialized visual inspection focused on identifying possible mold growth and conditions conducive to mold-related issues.

This method of inspection will help to identify the concerns listed below.

• Indications of microbial growth on surfaces.

• Indications of condensation on building materials (which can produce mold growth).

• Indications of water intrusion and leaks.

• Insulation and air sealing issues that may introduce uncontrolled air in and through the structure.

• Visual inspection of HVAC equipment.

Based on the findings during this inspection we may suggest sampling for lab analysis.
