We have teamed up with an engineering company to perform field inspections to obtain a HUD structural verification letter for loans on manufactured home purchases. Our company conducts the field assessment to gather information for the engineering firm.

Our inspectors have been trained to inspect the components in the home and obtain the information necessary to verify HUD compliance. Our team will perform a field assessment that will take around 20-30 minutes. We will view the perimeter of the home, the underside of the structure, and make a quick walk through the interior.

Once the data is submitted to the engineering firm, the licensed structural engineer will review the information and issue a certification letter to verify the home meets HUD standards. Once we receive the documentation, we will forward it to the necessary parties. This process usually takes less than 24 hours from the inspection time.
