Standard cancellation policy for services

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a service charge.

To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 48 prior to your appointment.

You can cancel or reschedule an appointment by emailing us at info@inspectorcluseau.com or calling our office at 865-691-6158.

more than 48 hours before inspection

If the inspection is canceled more than 48 hours before the start time of the appointment, we will issue a full refund.

24-48 hours before the inspection

If the inspection is canceled within 24-48 hours before the start time of the appointment, we will issue 50% of the inspection fee. If payment has not been made at that time, you (the client) agree to pay 50% of the inspection fee.

same day as inspection or within 24 hours

If the inspection is canceled on the same day as the appointment time (or within 24 hours of the appointment time), there will be no refund. If payment has not been made at that time, you (the client) agree to pay 100% of the inspection fee.
